Jessimond McLaughlin is an Austin-native who joined the Pension Review Board in 2025. She graduated in 2018 with a master’s degree in literature from Texas State University and joined the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) in 2020, where she worked as a Management and Program Assistant until September 2025. She brings many years of administrative, coordinative, and project-oriented experience to the agency. She has an interest in all kinds of music and spends her weeknights with her three cats.
