Bryan is the Analytical Services Manager and TLFFRA Specialist for the Texas Pension Review Board. He has been with the PRB since 2013, and previously was a Research Specialist and a Financial Analyst for the agency. He manages projects that deal with the data and analytics that are received, maintained, and made publicly available. As the TLFFRA specialist, Bryan is responsible for being the point of contact for the firefighter pension funds governed under the Texas Local Fire Fighter’s Retirement Act, and assists those plans however needed.
Bryan has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a MA in Economics from Central Michigan University. His major topic of research at Central Michigan University dealt with racial disparities in health care coverage across the United States. He has also received multiple certificates from the Texas Governor’s Center for Management Development including completion of their Management Development Program.
