The Pension Review Board (PRB) frequently requests feedback on proposed changes to statute, rules, and policies. These responses are essential to helping the agency know how to best serve its stakeholders.
The PRB is seeking feedback on proposed changes to its Model Ethics Policy. The redline changes are in the board meeting packet starting on page 154 of the PDF and the staff presentation starts at 1:49:25 of the board meeting video.
Staff is also seeking additional sample ethics policies to place on the Additional Resources page.
Any feedback and sample policies should be sent to [email protected] by October 30, 2026.
There are currently no proposed rules open for public comment.
