Stephanie Leibe joined Norton Rose Fulbright in 2015 after serving almost 13 years as an Assistant Attorney General with the Public Finance Division of the Texas Attorney General’s Office, including 5 years as Chief. She has represented state agencies, local governments and key underwriting firms in public finance transactions. Her experience includes traditional municipal finance, on behalf of nonprofit corporations, tax increment finance, public improvement districts, and derivate transactions.
Stephanie received a B.A. from Southeastern Louisiana University and a J.D. from Loyola University School of Law.
