Madilyn is a Policy Analyst for the PRB. She joined the PRB in 2021 and led the development agency rules and stakeholder outreach related to Funding Soundness Restoration Plans after legislative changes in 2021. She has also worked on a variety of agency projects, presentations, and publications.
She finished a Masters in Public Affairs with a Dean’s Certificate in State and Local Finance at the University of Texas at Austin LBJ School of Public Affairs in 2022. She holds a BA in English and a BS in Natural Resources Management from the University of Tennessee at Martin. She also completed the Project Management Certificate Program from the UT Austin Center for Professional Education.
