Alina Shaikh is the Policy Intern at the Texas Pension Review Board. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s in Economics and a Master’s in Professional Accounting at the University of Texas at Austin. Before joining PRB, she gained experience in the retirement industry and at the Texas Legislature. She is interested in the intersection of public policy and finance, particularly in how effective policies can shape financial outcomes. Outside of work, Alina enjoys reading, running, and exploring new restaurants.
