Ernest Richards graduated from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law in Dallas in 2008, and practiced public and corporate finance and pension law with Richards Law Firm PLLC and with Mahomes Bolden PC, Of counsel. While at Mahomes Bolden PC, he did bond work for underwriting firms, government agencies and political subdivisions serving as bond counsel, underwriters’ counsel, disclosure counsel and issuer counsel. He has represented corporate and public finance clients in financings involving billions of dollars of debt securities. Predating law school, Ernest Richards worked in finance at TXU Energy in Dallas, Texas bringing with him more than 20 years of public finance experience and predating TXU, he managed pension fund with Bank One in London.
